【摘要】 目的对乳腺癌保乳术+术后放疗治疗早期乳腺癌的疗效进行探究。方法回顾性分析我院2016年10月至2018年10月乳腺癌患者病例资料,共66例,年龄20-50岁,以单独采取乳腺癌改良根治术患者为A组(33例),以保乳术+术后放疗患者为B组(33例),现比较两组治疗情况。结果两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);B组术后乳房美容效果优良率(90.91%)高于A组(63.64%),差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组术后12个月局部复发率、生存率及远处转移率比较差异无显著性(P> 0.05)。结论对乳腺癌患者采取保乳术+术后放疗,疗效显著,且乳房美容效果最佳,可以在短期内控制病灶的转移及复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to explore curative effect of breast conserving surgery and postoperative radiotherapy for early breast cancer. Methods review and analyze medical records of 66 cases breast cancer patients in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018, aging from 20 to 50. Group A(33 cases) was treated with modified radical mastectomy only, and group B(33 cases) with radiotherapy after breast conserving surgery. Compare treatment situation of two groups. Results total effective rate difference showed no statistical significance between two groups(P> 0.05); excellent and good rate of cosmetic effect in group B(90.91%) was higher than group A(63.64%), difference showed statistical significance,(P< 0.05); difference of local recurrence rate, survival rate and distant metastasis rate showed no statistical significance between two groups 12 months after operation,(P> 0.05). Conclusion breast conserving surgery and post-operative radiotherapy has significant effect on breast cancer patients, with better breast cosmetic effect, which can control focus metastasis and recurrence in short time.更多还原
