【摘要】 通过对当前肝包虫的诊断及治疗方式的总结,来为肝包虫的诊治提供参考依据。选用对国内有关肝包虫疾病的诊断及治疗相关文献查询,总结对肝包虫病诊断及治疗的优缺点并进行分析。发现肝包虫的诊断应该将患者的接触史、相关影像学检查、流行病史、相关检验指标、临床症状及体征等综合起来分析来确诊。对其治疗的方式主要有手术治疗及药物治疗,因根据病情及病种的不同来选择合适的术式。需要在现有的诊断方法基础上应不断提高诊断技术水平,为临床诊断提供更好的指导。对肝包虫病治疗的首选方式为手术治疗,但药物治疗在肝包虫病治疗上也有着重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through summarizing the current diagnosis and treatment methods of hepatic hydatid, we can provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of hepatic hydatid. The advantages and disadvantages of diagnosis and treatment of hepatic hydatidosis were summarized and analyzed by consulting relevant literature on diagnosis and treatment of hepatic hydatidosis in China. The diagnosis of hepatic echinococcosis should be based on the comprehensive analysis of the patient’s contact history, relevant imaging examinations, epidemiological history, relevant test indicators, clinical symptoms and signs. The main treatment methods are surgical treatment and drug treatment, because the different conditions and types of disease to choose the appropriate surgical method. On the basis of the existing diagnostic methods, we should constantly improve the diagnostic technology to provide better guidance for clinical diagnosis. Surgical treatment is the first choice for the treatment of hepatic hydatidosis, but drug treatment is also of great significance in the treatment of hepatic hydatidosis.更多还原
