【摘要】 目的对新型创面敷料在跟骨骨折术后切口愈合不良中的临床运用效果进行分析与探究。方法按随机数字表法,将我院2015年1月到2019年1月所收治的50例跟骨骨折术后切口愈合不良患者分成研究组与参照组。参照组患者予以常规处理,在此基础之上,研究组患者予以新型创面敷料治疗。比较两组患者切口愈合情况。结果研究组患者切口愈合总有效率(92.0%)明显高于参照组患者(76.0%),组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.615,P<0.05);研究组患者平均切口愈合时间比参照组短,差异明显,有统计学意义(t=3.007,P<0.05)。结论对跟骨骨折术后切口愈合不良患者予以新型创面敷料治疗,可促进患者切口的愈合,效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and explore the clinical application effect of new wound dressing in the incision healing of calcaneal fractures. Methods According to the random number table method, 50 patients with poor healing of incision healed from January 2015 to January 2019 were divided into study group and reference group. The patients in the reference group were routinely treated, and on this basis, the patients in the study group were treated with a new type of wound dressing. The wound healing was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of incision healing in the study group(92.0%) was significantly higher than that in the reference group(76.0%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=3.615, P<0.05).The reference group was short and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.007, P<0.05). Conclusion The new wound dressing treatment for patients with poor healing of the incision after calcaneal fracture can promote the healing of the incision of the patient with good effect.更多还原
