【摘要】 肩关节前脱位合并肩袖损伤较为常见,而电击伤致肩关节前脱位合并严重的肩袖损伤、盂唇撕裂及肩胛骨喙突骨折临床少见,国内外文献报导很少,相关诊断和治疗也缺乏研究。我院近期收治电击伤致肩关节脱位、肩袖损伤、盂唇撕裂及肩胛骨喙突骨折1例,病情复杂,较易误诊,治疗难度非常大。通过此例病案的诊治,总结一些经验,现报告如下。更多还原

【Abstract】 The anterior dislocation of the shoulder joint combined with rotator cuff injury is more common. The anterior dislocation of the shoulder caused by electric shock combined with severe rotator cuff injury, labrum tear and scapula condyle fracture is rare.There are few reports in the literature at home and abroad. Treatment is also lacking in research. Our hospital recently treated 1 case of shoulder dislocation, rotator cuff injury, labrum tear and scapula condyle fracture. The condition is complicated and it is easy to be misdiagnosed. The treatment is very difficult. Through the diagnosis and treatment of this case, some experiences are summarized.
