【摘要】 尿石症又名尿路结石(Urolithiasis),它是最常见的泌尿外科疾病之一。它不仅严重威胁着人们的身心健康,而且高复发率也耗费了人们大量的精力和财产。虽然随着碎石机、经皮肾镜、输尿管镜、腹腔镜等微创技术应用,使治疗尿路结石的手术方式创伤更小、更高效。但药物治疗因其价格低廉、治疗方便、副作用小等优点,使其有着不可或缺的地位。随着药学的发展,尿路结石的药物治疗逐步成熟。期待药物治疗可以逐步取代外科手术,成为尿路结石新的治疗方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urinary calculus, also known as urolithiasis, is one of the most common urological diseases, which not only threatens physical and mental health of people seriously, but consumes lots of energy and property with high recurrence rate. Although application of lithotripsy, percutaneous nephroscopy, ureteroscope, laparoscopy and other minimally invasive techniques makes urinary calculi surgury less invasive and more efficient, drug therapy plays an indispensable role for low price, convenient treatment and low side effects. With pharmacy development, drug treatment of urinary calculi has been gradually mature. It is expected that drug therapy may replace surgery gradually and become new treatment for urinary calculi.更多还原
