【摘要】 目的探讨腺样体肥大中医辨证分型及处方用药规律。方法检索国内三大数据库自建库至2018年中有关腺样体肥大中医药治疗的临床文献,筛选提取证型及方药等信息,录入Excel进行统计分析。结果纳入文献共88篇,涉及辨证分型的文献16篇,整理出12个证型,主要包括风热郁结证、气血瘀阻证、肺脾气虚证、肺肾阴虚证、痰瘀互结证。常用经典方中补益剂9首、解表剂7首、祛痰剂4首、理血剂3首、清热剂3首,常用二陈汤、玉屏风散加减。高频中药中清热药6种、解表药4种、化痰止咳平喘药3种、补虚药3种。结论腺样体肥大常见三个实证及二个虚证,治疗腺样体肥大常用二陈汤燥湿化痰、理气和中,常用清热、解表、化痰止咳平喘及补虚类药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome and the regularity of prescriptions for treating adenoid hypertrophy based on the literatures. Methods Literatures about adenoid hypertrophy from databases like CNKI, VIP and Wanfang database since its foundation to 2018 were searched. The herb names, prescription names and TCM terms were regulated, and the chapter names, publication years, syndromes, prescriptions, herbs and the other relevant information were extracted and analyzed by using Excel software. Results Eighty-eight literatures met the requirements were obtained after screening, in which 16 literatures were about TCM syndromes of adenoid hypertrophy. After statistical analysis, there were 12 TCM syndromes of adenoid hypertrophy,like wind heat accumulation, qi stagnation and blood stasis, lung spleen qi deficiency, lung kidney yin deficiency and phlegm stasis accumulation. There were 9 supplementing formulas, 7 superficies-resolving formulas, 4 phlegm-expelling formulas, 3 blood-regulating formulas and 3 heat-clearing formulas, which were commonly used in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy. The commonly used prescriptions for treating adenoid hypertrophy were Erchen decoction and Yupingfeng Powder. The herbs with highly frequency usage included 6 heat-clearing herbs, 4 superficies-resolving herbs, 3 herbs for dissipating phlegm to arrest cough and relieve asthma and3 supplementing herbs. Conclusions There were 3 excessive syndromes and 2 deficient syndromes of adenoid hypertrophy. The commonly used formula for treating adenoid hypertrophy is Erchen decoction which effects included drying dampness, removing phlegm, regulating qi and reconciling interior. The commonly used herbs for treating adenoid hypertrophy are heat-clearing herbs,superficies-resolving herbs, herbs for dissipating phlegm to arrest cough and relieve asthma and supplementing herbs.更多还原
