【摘要】 中药穴位敷贴是以中医理论为基础,从整体出发,组方灵活,对药物具有高敏感性、开放性及整体效应,经络系统是低电阻的运行通路将药物贴敷于特殊经穴,可以直接透皮入穴,进入组织、体液、经脉、体循环,迅速输布全身,达到病所,在改善患者的自觉症状和疗效的持久性方面有一定的优势和潜力。对于慢性前列腺炎,穴位敷贴疗法具有辨证论治灵活、操作简便、毒副作用小、无耐药性及抗药性、远期疗效好等优点。就目前中医外治法的应用情况分析,穴位敷贴操作简便又可促进局部的血液循环便于药物的吸收,同时发挥中医经络腧穴的治疗作用。但不论是现代医学还是中医学,不论是内治还是外治,其根本目的都是在有效治疗或预防疾病的同时,使治疗方法简便,治疗效果突出,以及减轻治疗本身给患者带来的痛苦,这也是具有简、便、廉、验特点的外治法发展的内在动力。因此,挖掘探索有效的中医外治法,推广应用于临床,并借助现代科学技术进一步加强其基础领域的研究,为临床服务将是外治法领域的重要任务。更多还原
