【摘要】 子宫内膜癌是子宫内膜的一组上皮性恶性肿瘤,是女性生殖道三大恶性肿瘤之一,在世界范围内占女性全身恶性肿瘤第6位。目前认为有两种发病类型:Ⅰ型,雌激素依赖性,Ⅱ型非雌激素依赖性。主要诊断依据是根据临床病史、病症、体征以及辅助检查进行联合诊断。治疗手段上也逐渐的趋向于手术治疗,其次是以放疗、激素治疗、化疗等辅助手段进行综合治疗。在完成治疗后应定期随访,及时发现是否复发。本文则是对子宫内膜癌诊断以及手术治疗进展还有一些新技术进行综合叙述,以供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Endometrial cancer is a group of epithelial malignant tumors of the endometrium. It is one of the three major malignant tumors of the female genital tract, and it is the sixth in the world for female malignant tumors. Two types of disease are currently considered: type Ⅰ, estrogen-dependent, type Ⅱ non-estrogen dependent. The primary diagnosis is based on a combination of clinical history, illness, signs, and ancillary examinations. Therapeutic methods also tend to be surgically treated, followed by radiotherapy, hormone therapy, chemotherapy and other ancillary means for comprehensive treatment. Regular follow-up should be performed after completion of treatment to find out whether there is recurrence. This article is a comprehensive narrative of the diagnosis of endometrial cancer and the progress of surgical treatment, for reference.更多还原
