【摘要】 目的探讨终末期肾脏病合并股骨颈骨折非手术治疗的护理措施及效果。方法对2014年1月-2017年12月间在我院接受治疗的18名终末期肾脏病合并股骨颈骨折的患者实施正确、合理的护理措施。结果经非手术治疗及正确、合理的护理,总病例18例,其中15例临床痊愈,2例骨折愈合不良,1例死亡。结论正确、合理的护理措施的实施对终末期肾脏病合并股骨颈骨折患者骨折的愈合具有重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the nursing measures and effect of non-operative treatment of end-stage kidney diseasecomplicated with femoral neck fracture. Methods 18 patients with end-stage kidney disease complicated with femoral neck fracturewere treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2017. Results After non-operative treatment and correct and reasonablenursing, 18 cases of them were cured clinically, 2 cases had poor fracture healing, and 1 case died. Conclusion Correct and reasonablenursing measures have important effect on fracture healing of patients with end-stage kidney disease and femoral neck fracture.更多还原
