【摘要】 目的探讨在基层医院中对慢性再生障碍性贫血患者实施规范化治疗的价值。方法选取2013年6月～2015年3月本院收治的40例慢性再生障碍性贫血患者为本文研究对象,随机分为对照组及观察组,对照组给予控制感染、纠正贫血、改善出血治疗、肝功能异常者给予护肝治疗,观察组在此基础上给予环孢素+司坦唑醇治疗。对比两组患者治疗6个月时生存情况及临床疗效。结果观察组外周血象、生活质量、均明显优于对照组,平均住院天数明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施规范化治疗组与仅支持治疗组比较,具有明显差异,规范化治疗可明显改善患者外周血象,提高患者生活质量,减少住院时间,规范化治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血患者可作为基层医院的有利选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of standardized treatment of chronic aplastic anemia in primary hospitals. Methods 40 patients with chronic aplastic anemia admitted to the hospital from June 2013 to March 2015 were selected as the subjects of this study. They were randomly divided into control groups and observation groups. The control group was given control of infection, correction of anemia, improvement of bleeding treatment, and liver dysfunction. Patients were given liver care treatment. On this basis, the observation group was treated with cyclosporin + stanzol. The survival and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients at 6 months were compared. Results The peripheral blood image, quality of life in the observation group were superior to those in the control group. And the average length of hospitalization was significantly lower than in control group. Conclusion There are obvious differences between the standard treatment group and the only treatment group(P<0.05). The standard treatment can obviously improve the peripheral blood image of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the length of hospitalization, and standardize the treatment of patients with chronic aplastic nemia as a favorable choice for basic hospitals.更多还原
