【摘要】 目的对近年来穴位贴敷法在治疗妊娠恶阻中的应用现状做归纳总结,评估此疗法的优势及不足,为临床工作者进一步研究提供参考。方法以妊娠恶阻、妊娠剧吐为关键词,在CNKI及相关搜索引擎检索近几年有关妊娠恶阻的论文共计4000余篇,在得到的文献中再将穴位贴敷作为关键词对文章进行筛选,获得相关文献共计46篇。结果在阅读了有关文献后,发现穴位贴敷疗法治疗妊娠恶阻有其独到之处,值得进一步推行。结论穴位贴敷在治疗妊娠剧吐中有明显疗效和优势,安全有效、方便经济,且穴位贴敷联合中医其他疗法综合治疗效果更为突出。但目前的研究还有许多问题值得探讨,如穴位贴敷的选穴、用药未规范化;穴位贴敷疗法与其他中医疗法无系统比较论述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper summarizes the application of acupoint application in the treatment of pregnancy wickedness in recent years, evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of this therapy, and provides reference for the further research of clinical workers. Methods Based on the search engine CNKI and related search engines, more than 4000 articles on hyperemesis gravidarum were searched in recent years, and acupoint application was used as the key word to screen the articles in the literature obtained by using the keywords of pregnancy vomiting and pregnancy wickedness as the key words. A total of46 related literatures were obtained. Results After reading the relevant literature, it is found that acupoint application therapy for hyperemesis gravidarum has its unique features, which is worth promoting. Conclusion Acupoint application in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum has obvious efficacy and advantages, safe, effective, convenient and economic, and acupoint application combined with other treatments of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment effect is more prominent.更多还原
