【摘要】 目的观察分析揿针疗法用于缓解产妇产后宫缩痛的临床效果。方法选取我院宫缩痛严重有镇痛要求的产妇60例,随机分为两组,揿针组和对照组各30例。揿针组给予穴位揿针疗法。对照组宫缩痛时给予热敷、按摩下腹部等。统计两组治疗后24 h、48 h疼痛评分,观察两组治疗后阴道出血量,并于治疗后24h抽取外周静脉血,检测血清泌乳素(PRL)分泌水平。结果揿针组产妇治疗后24h、48h疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),差异显著。产后两组24h、48h阴道出血量比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。治疗后血清泌乳素分泌量,与对照组比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。两组均无明显不良反应。结论揿针疗法对于缓解产后宫缩痛有较好疗效,且能增加泌乳素分泌水平,有利于提高母乳喂养率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of press needle therapy for relieving postpartum uterine contraction pain in parturients.Methods 60 cases of parturient with severe pain of uterine contraction and analgesia in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups randomLy,the press needle group and the control group were 30 cases each.The acupoint press needle therapy was given to the press needle group.The control group was given hot compress when the uterine contraction pain was used and the lower abdomen was massaged.The pain scores at 24 h and 48 h after treatment were counted and the amount of vaginal bleeding were observed.and peripheral blood was extracted from 24h after treatment.The level of prolactin secretion in serum was detected by venous blood.Results The pain scores in the acupuncture group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 24 h and 48h postpartum(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in vaginal bleeding between the two groups at 24 h and 48 h after delivery(P>0.05).The serum prolactin secretion after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Press acupuncture therapy is effective in relieving postpartum uterine contractions and can increase prolactin content.Increase the rate of breast-feeding.更多还原
