【摘要】 目的分析在新疆少数民族腹股沟疝患者皮肤当中基质金属蛋白酶-2(Matrix Metalloproteinase 2, MMP-2)和抑制因子-2(Tissue Inhibitor of Metalloproteinase 2, TIMP-2)的表达结果和意义。方法纳入时间和对象分别为2017年5月至2018年5月,以在我院接受治疗的60例患者作为研究对象,按照是否有腹股沟疝分为观察组(40例)和对照组(20例),腹股沟疝又分为斜疝21例,直疝19例。比较基质金属蛋白酶-2和抑制因子-2的表达结果。结果和对照组患者相比,直疝患者的两项指标比较有差异,斜疝指标差异不显著。另外,MMP-2和TIMP-2和年龄分别呈正相关和负相关。结论在新疆少数民族腹股沟疝患者当中,MMP-2、TIMP-2和直疝发生关系密切,与斜疝发生无较大相关性,而且和年龄之间存在关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP-2) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 2(TIMP-2) in the skin of patients with inguinal hernia from ethnic minorities in Xinjiang. Methods From May 2017 to May 2018, 60 patients receiving treatment in our hospital were included as the study objects, and were divided into observation group(40 cases) and control group(20 cases) according to whether there was inguinal hernia, 21 cases of oblique hernia and 19 cases of direct hernia in the inguinal hernia group. The expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 and inhibitor-2 were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the two indexes of the patients with direct hernia were different, and that of the patients with oblique hernia was not significant. In addition, MMP-2, TIMP-2 were positively and negatively correlated with age, respectively. Conclusion MMP-2 and TIMP-2 are closely related to the occurrence of direct hernia in patients with inguinal hernia of ethnic minorities in xinjiang, and have no significant correlation with the occurrence of oblique hernia, and are correlated with age.更多还原
