【摘要】 目的探讨腹主动脉腔内隔绝术用于治疗肾下型腹主动脉瘤病人的临床疗效。方法随机选取我院于2016年4月至2018年4月间收治的56例肾下型腹主动脉瘤(IAAA)患者为研究对象,对其均行腹主动脉腔内隔绝术治疗。结果 56例IAAA患者手术均顺利完成,术后即刻造影7例发生即时内漏,未观察到双下肢缺血情况。术后第三个月CT复查结果表明,所有患者支架完好且未观察到位移、内漏及动脉瘤等情况,下肢动脉供血恢复正常;56例患者Cr及BUN等肾功能指标与治疗前相比均无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论对肾下型腹主动脉瘤病人应用腹主动脉腔内隔绝术进行治疗,具有安全可靠、创伤小、术后恢复快及并发症少等显著优势,同时,该术式对患者肾功能影响较小,是治疗肾下型腹主动脉瘤的可靠手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of abdominal aortic endovascular exclusion for the treatment of patients with sub-renal abdominal aortic aneurysm.Methods A total of 56 patients with sub-renal abdominal aortic aneurysm(IAAA) admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were enrolled.All patients underwent abdominal aortic endovascular exclusion.Results All the 56 patients with IAAA were successfully operated.Immediately after surgery,7 patients had immediate internal leakage and no bilateral lower limb ischemia was observed.The results of CT reexamination in the third month after operation showed that all patients had intact stents and no displacement,endoleak and aneurysm were observed.The blood supply to the lower extremities returned to normal.There were no significant changes in renal function indexes such as Cr and BUN in 56 patients,and the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion The application of abdominal aortic endovascular exclusion for patients with sub-renal abdominal aortic aneurysm is safe,reliable,less invasive,quicker postoperative recovery and less complications.At the same time,the effect of this procedure on renal function of patients is smaller.It is a reliable means of treating sub-renal abdominal aortic aneurysm.更多还原
