【摘要】 认识的有限性及客体的复杂性决定了灰色是人类认识世界的客观状态。医学对人体和疾病的认识同样是一个由浅及深、循序渐进的过程,医学领域存在诸多灰色问题亦不可避免。精准医学的提出有其必然性,标志着医学发展的又一崭新阶段。然而"精准"一词颇有争议,似有偏颇。精准医学的实施策略需兼顾多因素的均衡,正确处理精准与模糊、简单与复杂的辩证关系。只有客观理解"精准"一词,才能为包括精准医学在内的新医学提供正确方向和推进动力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The limitation of cognition and the complexity of objects determine that the grey is the objective state of human understanding about the world. Because of the step-by-step process of medical knowledge about the human body and disease, it is inevitable that there are many grey problems in medical field. The proposition of precision medicine has its inevitability and represents a new stage in the development of medicine. However, the word "precision" is controversial and biased. The implementation strategy of precision medicine should take into account the balance of multiple factors including the proper treatments with the dialectical relationship between precision and fuzziness, as well as simplicity and complexity. Only an objective understanding of the word "precision" can provide the right direction and impetus for the new medicine including precision medicine.更多还原
