波导法测量材料的电容率和磁导率

【摘要】 通过求解电磁场的边值问题,推导出矩形波导管中,介质板的反射系数r和透射系数t,同时还推导出由介质板的r和t确定材料的电容率ε和磁导率μ的公式.与传统的自由空间法相比,波导法测量材料的ε和μ具有实验操作简便、所需样品面积小、测量误差小等优势.

【Abstract】 By solving the boundary value problem of electromagnetic field,the reflection coefficient r and the transmission coefficient t of dielectric slab in rectangular waveguide were derived.At the same time,the formulas of determining the capacitivityεand the permeabilityμof materials from r and t of dielectric slab were also derived.Compared with the traditional free-space method,the waveguide method for measuring the capacitivity and permeability of materials had the advantages of experimental simplicity and convenience,small sample area,and little measurement error.
