【摘要】 厚板产品由于特殊的三维存储方式,加上规格范围广、合同份数多、多用户小批量、多交货期的特点,给厚板堆垛管理带来一定的复杂性,而合理的堆垛是实现厚板生产快速物流的有力保障,运用工业工程相关理论,就W钢厂厚板成品库纸牌式堆垛的现有技术进行了剖析,对减少无效倒垛非增值作业环节,提升出库效率等措施进行了介绍,同时结合RFID技术在厚板堆垛方面的应用进行了探讨。更多还原
