基于云计算的中国铁路国际联运数据交换方案研究

【摘要】 为解决中国铁路在国际联运中存在的数据更新不及时、数据共享性较差等问题,首先通过对中国铁路国际联运现状进行分析描述,并选取中欧班列为例,对班列通关现状进行定量分析,指出铁路国际联运中存在的问题。根据云计算的特点,对数据交换平台进行部署,设计一种基于云计算的数据交换平台架构,在现有报文数据交换流程的基础上,对云环境下的数据交换流程进行设计和梳理,进而得出可行的数据交换方案,最后规范了数据交换平台的编码标准和报文标准。以案例验证了该平台可实现不同业务系统间数据有效互通,提高了铁路联运数据的共享性和同步性。

【Abstract】 In this paper, we first analyzed and described the current situation of international railway joint transportation of China Railway, then with the China-Europe freight trains as example, made a quantitative analysis on the clearance status of the trains and pointed out the problems existing with it. Next, according to the characteristics of cloud computing, we configured the data exchange platform,designed a cloud computing-based data exchange platform architecture, and on the basis of the current message and data exchange process,developed and reviewed the data exchange process in the cloud environment by which to yield a feasible data exchange scheme. Finally, we regulated the coding standard and message standard of the data exchange platform, and through a case study proved that the platform could realize the effective data communication between different business systems, thus improving the data sharing and synchronization in railway joint transportation.
