【Abstract】 This paper first studied the industrial chain structure of the photovoltaic industry and set out to find the profit value distribution of the industry along the entire industrial chain to provide guidance for the development of the photovoltaic enterprises. Next,using the ISM model, it analyzed the factors restrictive to the cost reduction of the photovoltaic industry supply chain and put forward solutions based on the lean logistics theory.更多还原
