【摘要】 基于绿色发展理念,以固定资产投资、从业人员数量和等级公路里程为投入指标,生产总值、货运周转量及处理后的碳排放量为产出指标;首先运用CCR模型和BCC模型从纵向和横向两个维度对河南省物流效率作静态分析;其次运用Malmquist指数进一步从动态角度分析物流效率变化情况;然后对比分析考虑低碳与否对物流效率变化的影响;最后根据分析结果,提出有利于河南省物流业健康、可持续发展的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, based on the notion of green development, and with the investment in fixed assets, the number of employees and the mileage of grade roads as input indicators, and with the gross production value, freight turnover volume and treated carbon emissions as output indicators, we first had a static analysis using the CCR model and BCC model on the logistics efficiency of Henan both vertically and horizontally. Next, we further examined the change of logistics efficiency of the province from a dynamic perspective using the Malmquist index. Then, through a comparative analysis, we measured the impact of the low carbon constraint, or its absence, on the change of the logistics efficiency of the province. At the end, according to the analysis results, we put forward some policy suggestions beneficial to the healthy and sustainable development of the logistics industry in Henan.更多还原
