铝添加量对烧结合成Ti3SiC2的影响及其耐蚀性研究
Research on effect of Al addition on synthesis and corrosion resistance of Ti3SiC2
【摘要】 通过在无水乙醇中机械搅拌钛粉、硅粉、石墨粉和铝粉进行混料,采用无压烧结法制备了Ti3SiC2。研究不同添加量的铝粉对制备Ti3SiC2产物的物相和形貌的影响,同时研究了制备出的Ti3SiC2粉末在室温和高温条件下氢氟酸溶液中的反应行为。结果表明,反应原料中铝粉的加入有利于缓和反应过程中的热波动,铝粉吸热熔化后形成的熔池有利于降低反应的起始温度,使原料粉末充分反应,降低反应过程中形成的碳化钛杂质含量,促进Ti3SiC2的合成和纯度的提高。合成的Ti3SiC2在室温和100℃的氢氟酸溶液中具有一定的耐腐蚀性,在180℃的氢氟酸溶液中,Ti3SiC2发生结构和形貌转变,生成碳化硅和氟化铝立方体。
【Abstract】 Ti3SiC2 was prepared by pressureless sintering method by mechanically stirring titanium powder,silicon powder,graphite powder and aluminum powder in anhydrous ethanol,and the effects of adding different amounts of aluminum powder on phase and morphology of Ti3SiC2 product were studied.The reaction behavior of the synthesized Ti3SiC2 powder in hydrofluoric acid solution at room temperature and high temperature was also studied.It was found that the addition of Al powder helped to alleviate thermal fluctuations in the reaction process,reduced the initial temperature of reaction,improved the reaction degree of powder,decreased the content of Ti C,promoted the purity of Ti3SiC2. Ti3SiC2 had certain corrosion resistance in the hydrofluoric acid solution at room temperature and 100 ℃,however,Ti3SiC2 was transformed into Si C and AlF3 cubes in hydrofluoric acid solution at 180 ℃.
