船舶靠泊液压缓冲系统设计
Design of Hydraulic Buffer System for Ship Berthing
【摘要】 针对失控船舶在码头或岸边靠泊产生的冲击问题,采用节流阀、蓄能器、液压缓冲油缸进行缓冲吸收,设计船舶靠泊液压缓冲系统,利用AMESIM搭建船舶靠泊液压缓冲系统仿真模型,仿真分析船舶总质量、船舶速度、蓄能器气囊压力、节流阀通径对系统缓冲特性的影响,结果表明,该系统能有效解决失控船舶的冲击问题,船舶总质量或速度增大,靠泊液压缓冲系统吸能量均增大,蓄能器气囊压力或节流阀通径增大,靠泊液压缓冲系统吸能量基本不变。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the impact of uncontrolled ship berthing at wharf or shore, a kind of hydraulic buffer system for ship berthing was designed by using throttle valve, accumulator and hydraulic cylinder to buffer and absorb. The simulation model of the hydraulic buffer system for ship berthing was built based on AMESIM. The effects of ship mass, ship speed, accumulator balloon charge pressure and throttle valve diameter on the cushioning characteristics of the system were analyzed. The results showed that the berthing hydraulic buffer system can effectively solve the impact problem of uncontrolled ships. With the increase of ship mass or speed, the energy absorption of berthing hydraulic cushioning system increases. With the increase of balloon charge pressure or throttle valve diameter, the energy absorption of berthing hydraulic buffer system is basically unchanged.
