感应加热实现板材弯曲成型的试验
Experiment on Plate Forming with Induction Heating Technique
【摘要】 针对船体板材弯曲成型中存在的精度控制和智能建造不足等问题,基于25 kW新型感应加热成套设备,对6~8 mm的船用钢板材进行感应加热弯曲成型试验。使用K型热电偶和高精度的温度无线实时测量系统对板材感应加热过程的温度热循环进行数据采集,分析感应加热线圈移动速度对板材加热温度的影响,基于理论分析并采用不同的加热路径,分别获得马鞍形和帆形等弯曲形状板材;应用高精度3坐标定位仪,测量得到沿着纵向和横向的面外弯曲变形,试验及测量结果表明,感应加热精准可控,自动化程度高,易于实现板材弯曲成型的智能建造。
【Abstract】 Due to the problems of precision and intelligence fabrication in plate forming, experiments of plate bending for 6~8 mm plates with advanced induced heating equipment were conducted. Thermal cycles were measured with K type thermal-couple and transient measurement system, and the influence of moving speed of induced heating coil on plate temperature was also examined. Based on theoretical analysis, different heating patterns were applied to generate bent plates with saddle and sail shapes; applying three coordinates locator, the out-of-plane bending distortions in longitudinal and transverse directions were measured. Plate forming with induced heating was demonstrated with experiment and measured results.
