【摘要】 我国职业农民培训标准不一,岗位分类与职级标准不明晰,导致职业农民在产业准入、薪酬待遇、考核鉴定等方面缺乏制度参考,职业农民的权益难以得到保障,因此构建合理的职业农民岗位分类与职级标准迫在眉睫。根据现代农业产业体系,选取肉羊产业,根据国家职业标准制定技术规程,并在多方访谈基础上,利用Nvivo软件分析,建立肉羊产业职业标准,并为其他产业职业标准的建立提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The training standards of professional farmers in China are different. The job classification and grade standards are not clear. As a result, professional farmers lack institutional reference in terms of industry access, salary and appraisal, and the rights of professional farmers are difficult to be guaranteed. Therefore, a reasonable occupation is constructed. The classification and grade standards of farmers’ posts are imminent. According to the modern agricultural industrial system, the meat sheep industry is selected, technical regulations are formulated according to national occupational standards, and Nvivo software analysis is used to establish the professional standards of the meat sheep industry based on multi-party interviews, and provide reference for the establishment of other industry professional standards.更多还原
