【摘要】 现阶段国内学者有关工业化建筑效益的研究一般只从效益的构成、成本效益、经济效益3方面进行研究,缺乏一个完善的、系统性的工业化建筑效益评价体系。为建立一个可从总体评价不同工业化建筑项目间效益差别的评价体系,对国内外关于工业化建筑效益的研究开展系统性归纳与分类,阐述了目前研究的不足之处,总结当前需进一步提升的方向,一定程度上有助于完善工业化建筑效益评价体系的构建。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, domestic scholars′ research on the benefits of industrialized building generally only studies from the aspects of benefit composition, cost-effectiveness and economic benefit, and lacks a perfect and systematic evaluation system of industrialized building benefits. In order to promote the establishment of an evaluation system that can evaluate the difference of benefits among different industrialized building projects, this paper systematically summarizes and classifies the research on the benefits of industrialized building by domestic and foreign scholars, and expounds the shortcomings of current research.It summarizes the current directions for further improvement, and to a certain extent helps to improve the construction of an industrialized building benefit evaluation system.更多还原
