【摘要】 本文通过分析安徽省扶贫工作的现状,选用2011-2017年安徽省各地级市相关数据构建动态面板模型研究安徽省普惠金融对于扶贫效果的影响,结果表明:(1)前期扶贫效果会对当前扶贫效果产生显著的影响。(2)安徽普惠金融发展能够显著的促进扶贫效果的提高。(3)农村就业结构的改善和基础设施水平的提高可以有效地促进扶贫效果提高,农村科技投入虽然能带来扶贫效果的改善但是并不显著。根据如上结论,本文分别从加快农村普惠金融发展、促进农业劳动力向非农产业转移、加快农村基础设施建设以及加大农村科研投入等方面提出政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The data of all prefectural-level cities of Anhui province in the period from 2005 to 2017 are collected to build a dynamic panel model for the study of the effects of Inclusive Finance on the poverty alleviation,after the analysis of poverty alleviation situation in Anhui. The study has the following findings.(1) The early poverty alleviation effect will have a significant impact on the current poverty alleviation.(2) The development of Inclusive Finance in Anhui can significantly help lifting poverty.(3) The improvement of rural employment structure and infrastructure can effectively alleviate poverty. Science and technology investment in the rural area can help reduce poverty, but the effect is not significant. Based on the findings, this paper puts forward policy recommendations as accelerating the development of Inclusive Finance in rural areas, promoting agricultural labor force transferring to non-agricultural industries, speeding up the construction of rural infrastructure and increasing scientific technology investment in rural area, etc.更多还原
