【摘要】 今年是中华人民共和国成立70周年,我们国家实现了从积贫积弱向全球第二大经济体的重大跨越。中共十九大提出:目前,中国社会开始进入特色社会主义新时代,我国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,正处在转变发展方式、优化经济结构、转换增长动力的攻关期。在这一时期,如何保持经济稳定增长、探寻经济增长动力的合理转换、科学培育新的经济增长点是中国面临百年未有之大变局以及成功应对国际复杂形势变化的重要课题。我们通过解构70年来中国经济增长动力变化,厘清经济发展背后脉络,总结新时代经济增长动力变革的经验与启示。动力变革是一项长期性、系统性工程,新时代中国经济增长动力变革应该坚持以市场化破解相关难题,以全面经济转型升级培育新动能,以人才红利引领支撑动力变革。更多还原

【Abstract】 This year, a time of the 70 th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China(PRC),China has turned into the second largest economy in the world from a nation of accumulative poverty and weakness in history. The 19 th National Congress of CPC has made it clear that Chinese society has crossed the threshold into a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. China’s economy has been transitioning from a phase of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development. This is a pivotal stage for transforming our growth model, improving our economic structure, and fostering new drivers of growth. At this moment, to retain stable growth, explore a rational shift of economic growth dynamic, and to rationally foster new economic growth driver are three important tasks for China to successfully cope with the complicated international changes in the face of the unprecedented situation in the century.The paper deconstructs the changes of China’s economic growth drivers in the past 70 years, clarifies the complex contexts behind China’s economic developments, and summarizes the experience and enlightenment of the dynamic evolution of economic growth in the new era. Dynamic evolution is a long-term and systemic project, so to change the dynamic of China economic growth for the new era, we should adhere to the principles of market-orientation in solving problems, and foster new driving forces through comprehensive economic transformation and upgrading, making full use of talent dividends as its support.更多还原
