【Abstract】 The cross-border import e-commerce industry has a long industrial chain with multiple complex links. The biggest difficulty is the product quality assurance and traceability system construction in the supply chain.The block chain is essentially the reconstruction of big data in the era of artificial intelligence. Thanks to its encryption, transparency and traceability, the technology helps record and trace information and build credit mechanism. Based on the block chain and the Internet of Things technology, Tmall International establishes a cross-border product traceability system and a credit supervision and information sharing system for cross-border import e-commerce. These systems not only guarantee the authenticity of the product sources so that the(qualities) of cross-border goods are improved, but also help realize the intercommunication and sharing of information in the industrial chain. By analyzing the traceability process of Tmall International, the article reveals the role of block chain technology in building a product traceability system, i.e. it not only enables cross-border product information to be tracked, but also enhances consumers’ trust in Tmall International’s brand.更多还原
