物相组成对日用陶瓷釉面性能的影响
Effects of Phase composition of Glaze Surface on Wear Resistance of Domestic Ceramics Glaze
【摘要】 选取刚玉、锆英砂微粉作为耐磨介质改变釉面物相组成,研究耐磨介质的种类、粒径和添加量对日用陶瓷釉面硬度和光学性能的影响及其作用机理。研究发现:刚玉微粉对釉面色度的影响明显小于锆英砂,添加质量分数3%~4%、粒径2.80μm到9.90μm的刚玉微粉可提高釉面硬度35%~70%,且基本不影响釉面色度和光泽度。刚玉粒径大于11.06μm时,釉面硬度的增强主要依赖于釉层中刚玉微粉的面密度;而当其粒径小于9.90μm时,部分刚玉微粉参与釉熔融反应,改变釉层的玻璃网络结构,使釉面的硬度得以提高,但粒度过小易引起釉面光泽度的下降。
【Abstract】 Corundum or zircon sand powders were selected as wear-resistant medium to modify the phase composition of domestic ceramic glaze.Effects and mechanism of the type,size and additions of wear-resistant medium on the hardness and optical properties of the glaze were studied in detail.It is found that the effect of corundum powders on the color of ceramic glaze is significantly less than that of zircon sands.Adding 3%~4%corundum powders with a particle size of 2.80 mm to 9.90 mm could increase the Vickers hardness of the glaze by 35%~70%,without affecting its color and gloss.For corundum diameter more than 11.06μm,the glaze hardness mainly depends on the areal density of the corundum powders.When their diameter is less than 9.90μm,the increase of the hardness is mainly caused due to the frit reaction of corundum with the basic glaze,giving rise to a change in the glass network structure of the glaze layer,but too small grains are easy to cause the decrease of glossiness.
