弱光栅技术专利现状与发展趋势的研究

【摘要】 通过比较传统光纤光栅和弱光栅的工作原理、复用方案、复用效率、复用规模、制作工艺、应用方向等,认为由于弱光栅具有传统光纤光栅所不具备的优势,故而是极具发展前景的传感技术;通过对国内外弱光栅相关专利进行检索,建立“弱光栅专利数据库”,进行多参数统计分析,得到弱光栅相关专利技术分布、弱光栅相关专利技术体系、主要申请人专利布局体系、主要申请人所对应的发明人弱光栅论文体系等结论。

【Abstract】 By comparing of traditional fiber grating and weak grating with the working principle,multiplexing scheme,multiplexing efficiency,multiplexing scale,production process,application direction,etc.It is believed that weak grating have many advantoges that traditional fiber grotings do not have,it is a very promising sensor technology;through the search of domestic and foreign weak grating related patents,a " weak grating patent database" is established,and multi-parameter statistical analysis is performed to obtain the weak grating related patent technology distribution and weak Conclusions on the patent technology system related to the grating,the patent layout system of the main applicant,and the weak grating paper system of the inventor corresponding to the main applicant.
