铬合金钢筋在模拟孔隙液中腐蚀的电化学分析
Corrosion Electrochemical Analysis of Chromium Alloy Rebar in Simulated Pore Solution
【摘要】 研究了铬合金钢筋在不同pH值条件下模拟孔隙液的腐蚀特性。首先,在不同pH值条件下,利用腐蚀电位随侵入氯离子浓度的变化曲线,得到不同pH值孔溶液下铬合金钢筋的氯离子侵蚀脱钝阈值。然后,利用循环伏安特性,建立了不同侵蚀氯离子浓度的腐蚀萌生电位与析氧电位的差值和侵入氯离子浓度的关系,利用腐蚀萌生电位与析氧电位的差值很好地评估了不同pH值下的氯离子侵入阈值。可以得出,两种电化学分析方法结果具有一致性。
【Abstract】 The corrosion characteristics of chromium alloy reinforcing bars in simulated concrete pore solution with different pH values have been mainly studied.First of all,under different pH values,the curve of corrosion potential varying with invading chloride ion concentration was used to obtain the de-passivation threshold of chloride ion corrosion of chromium alloy reinforcing bars in simulated concrete pore solution with different pH values.Then,cyclic voltammetric characteristics were used to establish the relationship between the difference value of corrosion initiation potential of different corrosion chloride ion concentration and oxygen evolution potential,and invading chloride ion concentration.At the same time,the difference value of corrosion initiation potential and oxygen evolution potential was also used to properly evaluate the threshold of chloride ion invasion under different pH values.It can be concluded that the results of two electrochemical analysis are well consistent with each other.
