【Abstract】 With thecompetitiveness and intensity of basketball game in the modern era,speed-up and aggressive defense is increasingly emphasized.The rhythm of the game is changing rapidly,and the scoring opportunities on the court are fleeting.Therefore,athletes are required to have a broader vision of field,and a better choice of attack.Individual breakthrough technology of the player is very important,otherwise he can hardly create scoring opportunities for other players.The skilled mastery of breakthrough technology can bring many offence choices to the team and more flexibility to the game.This study mainly discussed the definition,principles,timing,basic elements and training methods of breakthrough technology.更多还原
