5-氟尿嘧啶绿色高效球形结晶工艺技术
Green and High Efficiency Spherical Crystal Technology of 5-Fluorouracil
【摘要】 鉴于球形结晶在流动性、稳定性等方面的巨大优势,球形晶体的制备手段成为研究热点。采用梯度降温,单一的纯化水作为溶剂,不添加其他试剂的情况下制备得到5-氟尿嘧啶球形晶体,避免了溶剂残留问题。与非球形结晶体比较,5-氟尿嘧啶球形结晶体在粒度分布、堆密度、溶解度、澄清度等方面均占有优势。
【Abstract】 In view of the great advantages of spherical crystals in flowability and stability,the preparation of spherical crystals has become a hot research topic.In this paper,5-fluorouracil spherical crystal was prepared by gradient cooling,single purified water as solvent and no other reagent,which avoided the problem of solvent residue.Compared with non-spherical crystals,5-fluorouracil spherical crystals have advantages in particle size distribution,heap density,solubility,clarity and so on.
