【摘要】 目的:分析糖尿病患者住院费用结构及影响因素,为有效控制医疗费用,制定相应的医保政策提供依据。方法:采用描述分析和逐步回归分析方法对样本医院糖尿病患者住院费用的影响因素进行分析。结果:糖尿病患者住院费用主要影响因素有5个:住院天数、是否为危重病人、年龄、医疗保障类型和并发症。结论:糖尿病患者住院费用结构有待进一步优化,应适当控制住院天数,预防并发症发生,提高糖尿病患者医疗保障覆盖范围。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The structure and influencing factors of hospitalization expenses for diabetes patients were analyzed to provide the basis for effectively controlling medical expenses and formulating corresponding medical insurance policies. Methods: Descriptive analysis and stepwise regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of hospitalization cost in patients with diabetes. Results: The main influencing factors of hospitalization cost of diabetes patients included length of hospitalization, whether it was a serious patient, age, the style of medical security and complications. Conclusion: The hospitalization cost structure of diabetic patients needed to be further optimized, and the length of hospitalization should be appropriately controlled to prevent complications and improve the coverage of medical security for diabetic patients.更多还原
