【摘要】 目的:依据临床路径制订区域内农村贫困人口儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病救治的付费标准,助推农村大病专项救助工作的有效实施。方法:由专家制订该病种临床路径,收集区域内该病种病历,依据临床路径筛选合格病历,据此进行该病种治疗的付费标准测算。结果:儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病初始诱导阶段治疗的付费价格(建议值)为51 650元。结论:对罹患儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病的农村贫困人口专项救助付费主要投入于初治阶段,但因该疾病病程长,花费高,完全缓解阶段的持续系统治疗也应予以关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To promote the effective measurement for the rural severe disease project, based on the payment standard of rural poor population with children’s acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Methods: Based on the clinical pathway formulated by the clinical specialists, it collected children’s acute lymphoblastic leukemia medical records of the region and screened qualified medical records, and calculated the pension pay standard of this disease. Results: The initial induction treatment stage of the acute lymphoblastic leukemia of children’s proposed pay standard was 51 650 yuan. Conclusion: The initial induction treatment stage of the acute lymphoblastic leukemia of children’s expense might be the main portion of the serious disease pension pay standard, but more concerns on the persistent treatment after the complete remission should be paid due to the high expense and long course of the disease.更多还原
