基于压电式能量转换的微型振动能量采集器在物联网轨道交通中的应用

【摘要】 随着计算机技术和物联网技术的发展,应用于轨道交通列车控制和监测的各类智能器件、传感器件越来越多,列车电气线路越来越复杂,成为制约列车系统智能化的技术瓶颈。为此,针对器件小型化、可靠性等决定因素,研究一种基于压电式能量转换的新型能量转换器件。主要研究振动参数数据采集装置,将其安装在轨道交通车辆的轴箱上,采集列车在实际运行时的振动参数数据。在实际采集数据的基础上建立数学模型,对轴箱振动的参数特征、响应曲线等进行仿真分析,进一步研究振动能量-电能转换的最优谐振频率、输出电压、转换效率、输出功率和可靠性等关键参数。

【Abstract】 With the development of computer technology and Internet of Things technology, more and more kinds of intelligent devices and sensing devices are applied to train control and monitoring in rail transit. Train electrical lines are becoming more and more complex, which has become a technical bottleneck restricting the intelligentization of train systems. To solve this, A new type of energy conversion device based on piezoelectric energy conversion is studied according to the decisive factors such as device miniaturization and reliability. The vibration parameter data acquisition device is mainly studied being installed on the axle box of rail transit vehicles to acquire the vibration parameter data of trains in actual operation. On the basis of the actual collected data, a mathematical model is established to simulate and analyze the parameter characteristics and response curves of axle box vibration. The key parameters such as the optimal resonant frequency, output voltage, conversion efficiency, output power and reliability of vibration energy vs. electric energy conversion are further studied.
