【摘要】 嗜酸性粒细胞性胃肠炎(eosinophilic gastroenteritis,EG)是一种以肠壁组织嗜酸性粒细胞异常浸润为特征的罕见胃肠道疾病。以腹水为主要表现的EG临床表现多样,无特异性,外周血和腹水EOS异常增高是以腹水为主要表现EG的诊断要点,治疗以糖皮质激素为主,预后较好。本文报道我院分别于2016年3月和2017年10月接诊的2例EG伴腹水的病例,帮助大家提高对嗜酸性粒细胞性胃肠炎认知,尤其是伴有腹水的患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Eosinophilic gastroenteritis(EG) is a rare disorder characterized by eosinophilic infiltration of the bowel wall.EG patients with ascites were as the main manifestation diverse clinical manifestations, without specificity. The abnormal increase of peripheral blood and ascites EOS are the key point for the diagnosis. Glucocorticoid is the mainly treatment, and the prognosis is good. In this article, 2 cases of EG with ascites were reported in Mar. 2016 and Oct. 2017, respectively, to help us improve the acknowledge of eosinophilic gastroenteritis, especially in the patients with ascites.更多还原
