【Abstract】 Chronic abdominal pain is a common symptom in adolescents, the diagnosis and therapy have some particularities compared with adult abdominal pain. One case of adolescent abdominal pain with spitting blood was reported, which should provide certain reference for gastroenterologists to pay more attentions to the psychosocial factors and comorbid mental disorders during the alarm symptoms collection, diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
