【摘要】 胃癌目前缺乏经济实用的早期诊断指标。随着代谢组学的兴起,肿瘤潜在生物标志物的研究逐渐增多。代谢谱,尤其是氨基酸代谢谱在鉴别良恶性疾病中的作用成为近年来生物医学领域研究的热点。虽然血液、组织和尿液氨基酸代谢谱在胃癌诊断和筛查中的应用已有大量研究报道,但各项研究报道的结果不尽相同。而且有关胃液氨基酸代谢谱的报道相对较少。本文就全谱氨基酸代谢组学在胃癌诊断中的应用进展作一概述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Up to now,economic and practical biomarkers for early diagnosis of gastric cancer are urgently needed.With the upsurge of metabonomics,the number of studies on exploring potential biomarkers of cancer is increasing. Metabolic profiles,especially amino acid profiles,have become the focus of biomedical research in recent years. Although there is a great deal of research on amino acid metabolic phenotyping in the diagnosis and screening of gastric cancer by samples,such as plasma,serum,tissue and urine,the results of them are not consistent. Furthermore,relatively few studies have been reported on amino acid metabolic pattern in gastric juice characteristic of gastric cancer. This article reviewed the advances on clinical utility of amino acid profiling in detecting gastric cancer.更多还原
