基于FLOW-3D的重力-排气消失模铸造模型二次开发
Redevelopment of Gravity-Exhaust Capacity LFC Model Based on FLOW-3D
【摘要】 为探索工艺参数对消失模铸造的影响,引入真空度、涂层透气率、涂层厚度、铸件模数等影响因素,建立了FLOW-3D重力-排气能力用户消失模模型。将竖直板铸件的浇注模拟结果与浇注试验结果进行了对比,发现重力-排气能力用户消失模模型金属液充型流动形态和时间与试验结果一致。结果表明,FLOW-3D经二次开发能较好地模拟消失模铸造过程。
【Abstract】 In order to explore the effects of process parameters on LFC components,through setting vacuum degree,permeability rate of coating layer and casting modulus,gravity-exhaust capacity user model was established based on the Flow-3D redevelopment.The simulated result of vertical plate was analyzed comparatively with the experiment ones.The results reveal that the filling morphology and time of liquid metal based on the developed model are well agreement with experimental ones,which shows that the redevoped model based on the Flow-3D can simulate desirably the LFC process.
