消失模铸造球墨铸铁管廊支墩
Production and Application of Ductile Iron Pipe Gallery Pier
【摘要】 对直管段支墩、连接螺栓、工装进行设计,通过理论计算和核算螺栓的规格和数量,使用ANSYS有限元软件分析墩座受力情况,发现整套支墩失效可能性不大;采用消失模铸造工艺生产合格的支墩和工装;利用水压机模拟墩座受力形式进行试验、墩座模拟,现场安装后墩座无变形和开裂,连接螺栓拉拔力测试数据符合设计要求。
【Abstract】 The design scheme of piers,connecting bolts and tooling for straight pipe section is briefly described.Through theoretical calculation and calculation before production,the specification and quantity of connecting bolts were presented.The stress of pier base was analyzed by ANSYS finite element software to estimate the absence of failure of whole set of piers.The qualified piers and tooling were produced by vacuum EPC process.The pier base stress type test and pier base were simulated by hydraulic press.Simulatition of on-site installation reveals that absence of deformation and cracking can be observed.In addition,the field pull-out force test and analysis data of connecting bolts meet the design requirements.Through theoretical and practical verification,pier product quality meets customer requirements.
