复合环缝式电磁搅拌对7075铝合金挤压铸造组织及性能的影响

【摘要】 开发了复合环缝式电磁搅拌(Multi-Annular Electromagnetic Stirring,M-AEMS)熔体处理方法,并研制了M-AEMS熔体处理装置。采用该装置对7075铝合金进行了熔体处理,并经挤压铸造直接成形。结果表明,经M-AEMS处理后挤压铸造成形的7075铝合金铸件的平均晶粒尺寸减小且均匀性均明显提高,宏观偏析也得到明显改善,经T6处理后,铸件的力学性能达到锻件水平。

【Abstract】 The melt treatment method of Multi-Annular Electromagnetic Stirring(M-AEMS)was developed,and the melt treatment device of M-AEMS was manufactured.The melt treatment of 7075 aluminium alloy was carried out by the developed device,and the melt was directly produced by squeeze casting.The experimental results show that the average grain size of 7075 aluminum alloy castings formed by squeeze casting after M-AEMS treatment is decreased and the homogeneity is obviously improved.The macrosegregation is also improved significantly.After T6 heat treatment,the mechanical properties of the castings reach the level of forgings.
