Ga和In含量对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu铝合金溶解行为的影响

【摘要】 通过调整Al-Zn-Mg-Cu铝合金中Ga和In的含量,研究了Ga、In对铝合金溶解速率的影响,建立了溶解过程的本构方程,并通过微观组织观察,分析了该铝合金的溶解反应机理。结果表明,通过调整Ga和In的含量,可以控制Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金的溶解速率;当Ga、In的含量由2.01%、0.20%增至2.44%、0.52%时,铝合金的溶解速率由0.049 8mg/(mm2·h)增至3.402 0mg/(mm2·h),增幅显著。铝合金可溶解的原因是在含有Ga和In两种元素的第二相周围首先开始腐蚀,随后沿着基体表面扩展,腐蚀产物开裂、脱落,铝与水的反应持续进行。

【Abstract】 By controlling the content of Ga and In in Al-Zn-Mg-Cu aluminum alloy,the effects of Ga and In on the degradation rate of the alloy were investigated.The constitutive equation of the degradation process was established.The mechanism of degradation reaction of the aluminum alloy was described by microstructure observation.The results reveal that the degradation rate of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu aluminum alloy can be controlled by adjusting the contents of Ga and In.When the content of Ga,In is increased from 2.01%、0.20% to 2.44%、0.52%,the degradation rate of the aluminum alloy is increased obviously from 0.049 8 mg/(mm~2·h)to 3.402 0 mg/(mm~2·h),which are attributed to the occurrence of corrosion around the second phase containing Ga and In,then spreading to the substrate,and then the corrosion production cracked and easily falled off,promoting continuous reaction of aluminum and water.
