【摘要】 目的探讨囊肿前壁软骨切除治疗耳廓假性囊肿与穿刺、抽液、加压治疗耳廓假性囊肿的疗效。方法对56例耳廓假性囊肿的患者根据其意愿随机分成两组,分别采用囊肿前壁软骨切除治疗耳廓假性囊肿和穿刺、抽液、加压治疗耳廓假性囊肿。结果囊肿前壁软骨切除组治愈率为100%,穿刺、抽液、加压组治愈率为84.85%。结论囊肿前壁软骨切除治疗耳廓假性囊肿的疗效明显优于穿刺、抽液、加压治疗耳廓假性囊肿,值得临床推广和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of anterior wall cartilage resection in the treatment of auricle pseudocyst and puncture 、drainage and compression in the treatment of auricle pseudocyst. Methods 56 patients with pseudocyst were randomly divided into two groups according to their wishes. anterior wall cartilage resection and puncture 、drainage and compression were used to treat pseudocyst of auricle. Results 100% cure rate of anterior wall cartilage resection group, 84.85% cure rate of puncture, drainage and compression group. Conculusion Anterior wall cartilage resection is superior to puncture, drainage and compression in the treatment of auricle pseudocyst, worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
