【摘要】 目的探讨PDCA在降低住院患者跌倒发生率、提高护士对防跌倒工作自我评价中的应用效果。方法运用PDCA循环,对某三级甲等综合性医院2016年住院患者院内跌倒发生情况进行统计,分析跌倒发生的原因,设定改进目标,制定对策并组织实施,比较分析改进的效果。结果改善后(2017年)住院患者院内跌倒发生率为0.001%,低于改善前(2016年)的0.003%,差异有统计学意义(x~2=5.13,P<0.05);改善后护士对跌倒预防工作的自我评价在教育、患者环境安全、生活用具、医院内部管理、评估评价五个领域均高于改善前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环可有效降低住院患者院内跌倒发生率,提高护士对防跌倒工作的自我评价,有利于提高护理质量,保障患者安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA on reducing the incidence of falls in inpatients,and improving self-evaluation of nurses’ prevention work. Methods Analyze the cases of falls in inpatients in a ClassⅢGrade I hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 with PDCA.Setting goals, develop countermeasures and implement them, then compare the effect after implementation. Results After improvement(2017), the incidence of falls in inpatients was 0.001%,which was lower than 0.003% before the improvement(2016). The difference was statistically significant(x~2=5.13,P<0.05).After the improvement, the self-evaluation of nurses’ prevention work was higher than that before,include five fields:education;environment safety;daily necessities; hospital internal management and evaluation. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA can effectively reduce the incidence of falls in inpatients,improve self-evaluation of nurses’ prevention work and the quality of nursing, ensure patient safety.更多还原
