无溶剂球磨下磁性固体碱催化合成3-硝基-2H-1-苯并吡喃类化合物

【摘要】 以磁性固体碱为催化剂,以水杨醛类化合物和硝基苯乙烯化合物为原料,在球磨辅助下,无溶剂合成3-硝基-2H-1-苯并吡喃类化合物,收率42%~85%。同时,分别对催化剂种类、用量及球磨时间等进行了考察,确定了优化条件,对所得产物进行核磁、红外、质谱及熔点等检测与表征,并对所用催化剂进行SEM、EDS及磁滞回归线表征。实验结果表明,该方法具有反应时间短、操作简便和环境友好等优点。

【Abstract】 In this paper, 3-nitro-2 H-1-benzopyran compounds were synthesized from salicylaldehyde and nitrostyrene by ball milling using magnetic solid base as catalyst with yields from 42% to 85%. The types and dosage of catalyst and milling time for this reaction were investigated to optimize the reaction condition. The products were characterized by NMR, IR, MS and melting point. The catalysts were characterized by SEM、EDS and hysteresis regression line. The results show that this method has the advantages such as short reaction time, simple operation, and environmental friendliness.
