【摘要】 文章通过文献资料法和数理统计法对福建省社会体育指导员培训情况进行分析,结果表明:一级社会体育指导员培训数量逐年增加,而国家级社会体育指导员培训出现计划培训人数不足的现象;培训基地重视社会体育指导员培训教材和技术技能内容的建设,每年都有更新理论和技术新内容。建议发挥国家级培训基地平台优势,充分利用互联网+、区块链等现代化工具,建立培训基地的信息平台,为历届培训学员提供理论和技术技能学习信息;促进各地市协会与培训基地的联系、互动。充分发挥基地的培训、指导、展示和协调功能,建设新时代多功能的国家级社会体育指导员培训基地,培养理论性强、技术技能全面的社会体育指导员。更多还原

【Abstract】 The present paper has conducted mathematically statistic study and analysis of what Fujian Province’s community sports instructor training undertakes by means of bibliography and mathematical statistics,the conclusion of which indicates that the number of level one community sports training instructors is on the rise annually,while the number of the state-level top community sports training instructors tends to be lower than planned.Due weight shall be given by the training camps to the compilation of the training manuals of community sports training instructors and construction of technique and skills with the related theory and technology renewed and updated annually.It is proposed that full play shall be given of the platform advantages of the state-level training bases,fully applying modern facilities such as web-plus and section blocks,setting up information platforms of the training camp bases,supplying the former trainees with the learning information involving training theory and technique and skills,thereby advancing the connection and interaction between regional associations and training camp bases.In all,the camp bases must wield their power in training,coaching,displaying and coordinating of training events.Thus,new-era multi-purpose state-level community sports training instructors training bases are to be established so that theory-laden and all-round community sports training instructors will be cultivated.更多还原
