高层住宅钢筋混凝土构件烧灼损伤检测分析——以太原市某在建钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构工程为例

【摘要】 对太原市某在建工程施工中发生火灾导致已建混凝土构件发生烧灼损伤情况进行了介绍,对现场各火灾烧灼部位的情况进行了检查分析,应用钻芯法对烧灼混凝土构件的强度进行了检测,采用原位碳化深度检测方法对表层混凝土性能受影响层厚度进行了检测。通过对烧灼混凝土构件表面特征进行分析及相关检测,依据《火灾后建筑结构鉴定标准》《混凝土结构现场检测技术标准》规范中的相关条款规定,对该工程各部位的烧灼构件损伤情况进行了评级,并给出了相应的处理建议,以期通过此案例给施工单位在施工安全管理方面提出一些警示。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the burning damage of concrete components caused by fire during the construction of a construction project in Taiyuan City,and makes an inspection and analysis of the burning parts of each fire in the field.The strength of cauterized concrete components was tested by core drilling method.The thickness of the affected layer of surface concrete performance was measured by in-situ carbonization depth testing method.Based on the analysis of the surface characteristics of the burning concrete members and the relevant test results,according to the relevant provisions of the"Standards for the Identification of Building Structures after Fire"and"Technical Standards for the Field Detection of Concrete Structures",the damage situation of the burning concrete members in various parts of the project is graded,and the corresponding treatment suggestions are given,with a view to giving the construction units in construction through this case.Some warnings are put forward in safety management.
