【摘要】 本文从两岸贸易视角测度、揭示两岸产业的依存性、互补性与竞争性,进而提出优化两岸产业分工合作的路径建议。研究发现,两岸产业发展关系密切,台湾产业对大陆市场的依赖远高于大陆产业对台湾市场的依赖,两岸产业发展的依存性存在进一步改进的空间;两岸产业互补性呈现下降的趋势,但两岸比较优势产业存在较大差异,两岸产业仍具互补空间;两岸在主要目标市场的产品出口结构相似度高,市场占有率此消彼长,且差距有扩大趋势。为进一步改进两岸产业的依存性、互补性,避免恶性竞争,两岸宜进行产业市场开放、产业规划对接、产业政策协调。特别是宜在产业类别选择、产业区域布局、产业合作模式等方面加强引导,促进两岸产业转型、升级与融合发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper measures and reveals the interdependence, complementarity and competitiveness between the cross-Strait industries from the perspective of the cross-Strait trade, and then proposes ways to optimize the cross-Strait industrial division and cooperation. The findings show that there is a close relationship in the industrial development between the two sides of the Strait,the dependence of Taiwan’s industry on the mainland market is much higher than that of the mainland industry on the Taiwan market, and there is room for further improvement in the dependence on the cross-Strait industrial development. On the other hand, the industrial complementarity between the two sides shows a downward trend, and there are great differences in the comparative advantage industries between them, but there is still room for complementarity in the industries. In fact, the cross-Strait product export structure in the main target markets is highly similar, and the market share of the mainland has risen while the Taiwan’s has fallen, and the gap is expanding.In order to further improve the interdependence and complementarity of the industries and avoid vicious competition, the authorities on both sides should open up the industrial market, connect the industrial planning, and coordinate the industrial policies. In particular, it is advisable to strengthen the guidance in the selection of industrial categories, industrial regional layout, and industrial cooperation mode so as to promote the cross-Strait industrial transformation, upgrading and integration.更多还原
