古建木构架大位移低周往复荷载试验加载同步装置及应用

【摘要】 为了在低周往复荷载试验中加载电液伺服系统,自制了一套古建木构架水平低周往复荷载试验加载装置,通过改变平面摇摆柱的双刀口支座的两个"刀口"距离和耳板孔到平面摇摆柱中心轴的距离,实现了古建木构架大位移低周往复荷载试验加载同步装置,克服了加载设备作用在试验对象的荷载误差。为古建木构架模型低周往复荷载试验提供了一种新的加载装置。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of electro-hydraulic servo system as looding equipment in the low cycle cyclic loading test of the ancient building wooden frame,a loading system with low cycle load test was developed.By controlling the distance between the two "knife mouths"of the double knife mouth support of the plane swing column and the distance from the ear plate hole to the center axis of the plane swing column,a kind of synchronous loading device for the large displacement low cycle reciprocating load test of the old construction wood frame was realized.The device overcomes the load error of the loading device on the test object,and provides a new loading equipment for the low cycle reciprocating load test of the ancient timber structure.
